Lowe’s store has designed a simple procedure to return the product via post. You need to pack the product safely and send it to the address as mentioned by the company. Follow the steps to return a product online: –

  • To send a product online, a customer must fill the return label.
  • You can log in to the company’s official website to fill the return label.
  • The item to be returned must be packed properly, so it doesn’t get damaged while shipping back.
  • The product should be returned with all the accessories in the box, i.e., user manual, data cables, etc.
  • If an item has a gift hamper attached to it, then while returning the product, the gift must be returned as well.
  • Remove all unnecessary tags from the return box.

  1. Lows send me the wrong size Liquid nail I order the 9 or 10 oz size product of Liquid nail and you send me the 28 oz so I want to return these to the Lows and get the right ones.

  2. I purchased a sheet of plywood 3/4 inch treated and I ordered it at the front desk/checkout well they brought it out and loaded it in my truck so I drive 60 miles home and I unload it and this sheet is complete junk and has started to come apart so you better inspect your lumber before its loaded.
