How can I make a return?

At an IKEA store: go to any of our IKEA Spain stores (except for Balearic and Canary Islands and IKEA Diseña or similar establishments or formats).

From home: ask for removal by calling 900 400 922. We shall send a carrier to pick up your order from the address you choose*, in accordance with our return policy.

What steps should I follow to return a product?

At an IKEA store: go to any of our IKEA Spain stores (except for Balearic and Canary Islands and IKEA Diseña or similar establishments or formats).

1-. Call us free on 900 400 922.

2-. Pack and prepare the package. Prepare your product with the original or similar packaging.             You will receive an SMS from IKEA indicating the date and time the product will be picked up.

3-. Give the package to the carrier. On the indicated date and time, the carrier will arrive at your         home to collect the product. If you want to change the appointment, contact us by calling 900       400 922.

4-. You will receive your refund. You will receive the refund via the payment method you selected        3 working days after the package reaches our warehouses.

What time do I have to return a product?

365 days starting from the date on the receipt.

IKEA reserves the right to reject products that are excluded according to the exchange and return policy.

What do I need to do to get a refund?

– Parcels of up to 20KG and maximum dimensions of 60cmx40cmx40cm including packaging,       the cost is €5.

– Orders of over 20KG which measure over 60cmx40cmx40cm the cost is between  €49 and€69. Check your rate according to your delivery area.

Can I return an item?

Yes, as long as the conditions of our exchange and return policy are complied with.

Bear in mind the following exceptions, which are not part of the exchange and return policy: Services, Personalised Products, and Gift Cards.

Second-hand items, cutwork surfaces, fabric by meters and plants shall be refunded with a refund card.

Purchases made with Gift, Promotion and refund cards will be refunded using the same method.

When will I receive my refund?

In the case of purchases and returns made in the store, the refund shall be immediate, subject to the conditions of our exchange and return policy.

For purchases made online and returned to a store, the amount, subject to the conditions of our exchange and return policy, will be refunded via the online payment platform, and you will receive the full refund within 3 working days from receiving the goods at our stores.

Right to withdraw

Products that show any type of wear, damage or deterioration shall be excluded from the right to withdrawal insofar as the law permits.

Apart from the necessary wear and deterioration of the product, for the customer to be able to confirm if they definitely wish to keep their purchase or not, if the product is returned in a worn or deteriorated state for any other reason due to scratches, damp, forced assembly, stains, damage, etc., when the customer exercises their right to withdraw, IKEA shall not refund the money.
