  • 4)On receiving the return, a refund will be initiated by Ikea.

RECEIPT: LOST!

If the order was purchased online through Ikea.com, then one must not worry as you can easily print the order confirmation anytime. If purchased from the store, it will be wise to contact customer service. Most probably Ikeas will not accept returns without a receipt. But you may get store credit that will be based on the lowest selling price of that item.

RETURN POLICY IN THE USA

Ikea’s return policy in the US is somewhat different. Again, the return time period is 365 days, but you need a Photo ID while returning the product. The return will not be accepted if the original product has been damaged or stained.
