Xbox return policy:

The brand gives the provision for easy return of unsatisfied products. Though the products are delivered only after quality assurance sometimes there are chances for damage making customers return the product. The return procedures are so easy. The company has introduced a ” Self service refund” method using the Xbox One Insider app. This made the customers to face a risk of buying games out of their comfort zone. The refund is usually processed within 2-3 days. For the return procedure, the customers have to take care of some points as follows,

● Return of unwanted games or apps should be done by the 14 days of buying.
● The customers must have less than 2hours of playtime.
● You must download and run the game or app for a short time before requesting a refund.
● Should contain all the stuff associated in its original packaging.

The customers can return the product directly into the store where you bought it. Even if you purchased online also you can return via visiting Microsoft store.

For returning the products customers have to follow certain rules mentioned below,

● You are eligible for return only for 14 days of purchasing.
● The product should be in original condition without damage.
● The product has to be returning with its associated stuff in the original packaging.

It is so easy to follow the online return procedure as it seizes not much time from us. The “self-service refunds” are the online return method of Xbox.

For online Xbox return, follow these simple steps:

● Visit Microsoft website.
● Click on the “Sign In” button.
● Sign in using various required details.
● After logging in, locate the option “Payment & Billing”.
● After clicking that, you will have a pull-down menu.
● Check the purchase history.
● Select the refunding product.
● Click on the “Request a Refund” option.

Xbox Exchange policy:

Is an exchange possible? Yes, of course, the company has facilitated exchange policy also. An exchange can be done only if a similar product is available. This option is more applicable when you get a damaged item. The terms of exchange are the same as that of the return policy. Exchange is possible within 14 days of purchasing.

Is a full refund available?

Yes, it is, but you have to follow certain rules for availing it. But some products such as Xbox 360are not eligible for full refund.These are the points that have to be considered before opting full refund,

● Have to return products strictly within 14 days of purchasing.
● Don’t use or play games for more than 2hours. If it is used more than that, it will affect your full refund.
