Epson Return and Refund Policy
You can return the purchased items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or credit policy. But this only implies on the acquisitions made by the Epson store. There are certain products that cannot be returned comprising projector lamp bulbs, software, closeout and refurbished items, toner cartridges, cables, connectors, and paper or media packages. The product to be returned must be packed in the original package in which it came. Also, the items that came along with the purchased product must be returned in its original state. But if the product is broken or incomplete, you will be responsible to pay Epson a 10% service fees that will be owed straight from your credit card.
In order to request the return and follow the return instructions, you require an authorization number. You do this in two ways that are either you can request the company online or phone them from any day between Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Better choose a prepaid method to return the product to Epson facility in Indiana within 7 days, as this method is traceable and guaranteed.
