For nonmembers, DSW VIP club, DSW VIP gold members this provides a time limit of 60 days which means they can return their purchase within 60 days whereas, DSW VIP elite members get 365 days to make a return.

Here any of the users either they are nonmembers, DSW VIP club members, DSW VIP gold members, or DSW VIP elite members, can exchange their products without paying any charge.

Exceptions

DSW also has certain exceptions in their return policy which are as follows:-

● If the purchase is for any gift product then the refund is provided to the card that is used while payment.

● If you return the product without the receipt then the refund will be provided in the form of a gift card whose value is equivalent to the current selling price of the product.

● Here you can’t return the product by mail that you bought from the store but you can exchange the product at both stores or by mail that you purchase online from DSW.com.

Non-Returnable products

There are some products that you can’t return to DSW after you purchase them once.

● You can’t return specialty products by mail but you can return them to DSW stores only when they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
