DSW Return and Refund Policy

Unsatisfied customers can return the items within 60 days of purchase to get the full refund. The purchased product must be returned in the original and brand new state and also in the packing in which it was delivered.

Luxe810 items must be returned within 30 days of acquisition. The returned item must be accompanied by the original certification document and also have the security tag attached with it. A return authorization code is required to return or exchange luxe810 items. You can get this code by calling at 1-866-379-7463.

Fill the return or exchange forms found on the invoice and attach the form with the product to be sent. It takes up to 14 days to process the return and will be accredited to the original payment system used. The delivery charges of $8.50 will be reduced from the refund amount.

Exchanges are taken like a return and a new order is allotted. A credit will be applied to the article reimbursed and a charge made for the product they are swapped for. There are no shipping fees for exchanging the products.

Unboxed items can be returned to the stores or online. You must keep your receipt, original packing, and the original payment form handy if the article was bought using a credit card.

If returning items after 60 days, product credit will be issued. Also, DSW product credit can be issued for gift returns.

Payments using check and provided for the refund within 7 days will be repaid using DSW product credit.
