Coach IP Holdings LLC. Or Coach New York or simply Coach is an American company which provides luxurious accessories like handbags. The retail chain was founded by Lillian and Miles Cahn in 1941. The company has opened more than 1010 stores and more than 17000 employees are working in these stores. Coach retail stores deals in a variety of accessories for both men and women such as handbags, apparels, footwear, watches, perfumes, and jewelry.

 

Coach Return and Refund Policy

Merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the purchase. Items must be in its original state in which they were delivered.

Returns through insured/traceable mail service:

Fill the return form provided with the real package and send back the form along with the item to be returned inside the package. U.S. returns must attach the prepaid UPS return label but tear off the bottom part of the label that has a tracking number written on it as a receipt. The product to be returned must be taken to the nearest UPS stores.

  • Canada, APO/SPO returns:

Shipping charges are to be paid by the customers. The customer must keep the store bought receipt handy.

  • Pay Pal purchase returns:

New or unused products can be issued refunds using pay pal account within 60 days of purchase. Products paid with pay pal can only be returned in exchange for a coach merchandise card.

  • Monogramming:

Products that are monogrammed cannot be exchanged or returned unless a removable coach tag has a monogram.
